福爾斯特F383E玻璃直線(xiàn)直邊磨邊機（14磨頭） 機器簡(jiǎn)介 1．該機用于平板玻璃直線(xiàn)平底邊以及前后倒角的磨削和拋光。 2．傳送帶采用滾動(dòng)軸承結構，每件夾板分別安裝我公司為機器專(zhuān)門(mén)定制的3種型號共5個(gè)軸承，分別為承重軸承，導向軸承和扣簧軸承，使玻璃的傳送加工更加平穩，保證玻璃底邊及棱邊的加工精度。 3.拋光系統采用氣動(dòng)和手動(dòng)雙機構，工作性能穩定.可在本機上自磨后傳送板，使之長(cháng)久保持高精度。 4.分別裝有自動(dòng)和手動(dòng)的供油系統能使整機保持在良好的潤滑條件下工作，運行更穩定。 5．電器控制系統采用高端進(jìn)口電器元件，運用PLC進(jìn)行手動(dòng)和制動(dòng)控制，人機界面可顯示被加工玻璃的厚度及傳送速度等加工參數。 1.The machine is suitable for grinding and polishing of flat glass as well as front-rear arris rough and fine grinding. 2. The conveyor belt rolling bearing structure, per piece splint separately install 3 types altogether 5 bearings which our company specially custom-bulit for this machine，Are load bearing, oriented bearing and buckle spring bearing,which makes glass conveyor more stable,and keep processing accuracy in bottom edge and arris.  3.
