拋丸機(jī)、噴砂機(jī)工藝技術(shù)簡(jiǎn)介

     采用拋丸、噴砂技術(shù)是目前世界上對(duì)各種機(jī)械零部件，進(jìn)行表面清理、光飾、強(qiáng)化的一種較先進(jìn)的工藝之一，它代替了以藥液化學(xué)處理的原始方法；既有成本低、效率高，又具備環(huán)保的特點(diǎn)。
    該設(shè)備主要由拋丸系統(tǒng)、輸送系統(tǒng)、丸料循環(huán)分離系統(tǒng)、除塵系統(tǒng)、配電系統(tǒng)組成。可配置PC控制及電器自動(dòng)控制，具有自動(dòng)保護(hù)及變頻調(diào)速裝置，達(dá)到一機(jī)多用的目的；該工藝?yán)秒x心力的作用，把鋼丸或鋼砂高速拋射到工件表面，使工件表面獲得其清潔度、粗糙度以及強(qiáng)化工件，清理內(nèi)應(yīng)力的目的，大大地提高零件的使用壽命和使用性能。
